Any unpaid registrations after such time will be canceled, and individuals will be required to re-register with payment provided immediately to attend the event. All sales are final, and there will be no refunds for any reason, including no-shows or cancellations made by the attendee.

In the unlikely event that IMPORT EVOLUTION ENTERPRISES LLC cancels an event due to low attendance or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via the email address and/or telephone number provided at registration. In this case, we will transfer all registrations to a future event date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact us at info@import-evolution.com to discuss alternative options.

Product Return Policy

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased through IMPORT EVOLUTION ENTERPRISES LLC. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at info@import-evolution.com within 30 calendar days of your purchase to arrange for a replacement or exchange. You will be responsible for packaging and shipping costs associated with returning the damaged or defective product to us. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect the product and process your replacement or exchange.
